Relationships.  That's what it's all about.  You have to put forging and maintaining relationships BEFORE focusing on building revenue.  


Having worked in radio for 20 years now I've witnessed radio focus on profit before customer service in most cases, leaving so much potential for growth and improvement.  


Between my passion for the industry and audio creation in the world of podcasting I'm hoping some people in radio broadcasting still have the fire to prioritize relationships BEFORE revenue to gain the most success for all parties.  Podcasting is yet another extension of radio broadcasting that for those who aren't SHOULD consider creating as an extension of their brand.
