I've really gotten into Simon Sinek lately to focus on personal development. Watching this longer seminar he gave reminded me that I sometimes leave my phone on the table at dinner (face up).
I feel like an ass honestly.
He's right. Like we're waiting for that all important text or call.
However, I also realized in his presentation about leadership and millennials that I am an employee that cares more about the war and less about the battle with a competitor.
Funny thing is that I still see other radio stations that see us as their competition with so much focus on what we're doing instead of minding how to evolve their own brand.
Taking my phone off the table during EVERY meal is an easy fix!
